The room we had was lovely and on Deck 10. Veranda deck with the Neptune room as an extra was a great bonus.
The Pinnacle and Canaletto were the only places we ate because the food and service in the main dining room and the Lido was unacceptable.
The Spa and health club were not kept clean and the trainer was ineffectual. She had no personality and probably had too many classes to do.
The shore excursions were very good, but the prices for the helicopter and float plane trips were over the top.
The help in the Neptune Room and The Pinnacle was exceptional.
I really could not recommend this cruise to others mainly because of the poor food quality and service in the main dining room and Lido.
