Carcass Island, our second stop in the Falkland Islands, has some beautiful white, sandy beaches. If the weather and water weren't so cool, you might think you were in the Caribbean, with the rolling hills and lucious beaches. Of course, you wouldn't find a penguin standing on a Caribbean beach!
