Signatures is the Seven Seas Voyager restaurant operated under the auspices of chefs of the famed Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts school of Paris. This intimate, elegant restaurant is located within Horizons Lounge on the port side of deck 5. Signatures is open only for dinner, and reservations are available between 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm at 30-minute intervals. The dress code is always informal or formal at Signatures. The menu is presented in the classic French la carte tradition, and alterations are not allowed. The menu is very elegant and designed like the white jackets worn by the Le Cordon Bleu chefs.
