The Seabourn Sojourn Spa is one part of the ship that is different from its sister ship the Seabourn Odyssey. The 11,400-square foot, two-deck Spa features a thermal suite area with heated loungers and a steam salt bath. The Spa houses 6 treatment rooms and a Spa Villa designed for couples looking for ultimate pampering and privacy.
The Spa features facials, massages, and body therapies. One innovative spa treatment is a Kniepp Walk that provides water therapy treatments designed to enhance circulation.
The Seaboutn Sojourn Fitness Center is next to the Spa and includes state-of-the-art fitness, cardio, and strength equipment, a motion studio with a Kinesis System, fitness classes, and an area with a Thai mat for Thai massages.
The Spa also features a hair and nail salon.
