Almost 1,100 crew work in the 20 galleys and many different dining venues on the Oasis of the Seas. Opus is the largest dining room on the ship, spanning three decks and separated into three independently-operating, 650 to 1,100-seat restaurants. The Opus Dining Room is a gorgeous venue, and passengers have three choices for dining--main (early) seating, late seating, or "My Time" dining with no fixed time or table assignment. With "My Time" dining, guests can make reservations or just walk in.
In contrast, Chef's Table is Oasis' smallest dining option, seating 14 at exclusive, private wine pairing dinners ($75 per person includes wine).
These photos of just a few of the dining venues show just how lovely they are.
