The 608 baroque and rococo rooms of the Royal Palace are almost overwhelming in size and number. - Royal Treasury
For those who love jewels and crowns, this vault is a must-see. - Museum of Antiquities (Gustav III's Antik-museum)
King Gustav III collected a large number of classical Roman statues while traveling in Italy in the late 1700s. The statues are presented as they were originally displayed. - Museum of Three Crowns (Museum Tre Kronor)
A collection of items from pre-1697 fire that destroyed the Tre Kronor palace. The ruins of this palace lie beneath the current Royal Palace.
The Obelisk in front of the Royal Palace dates back to 1788 and was erected in honor of Stockholm's merchant class, who supported the monarchy in a war against Russia. The Obelisk is often used as a good meeting place for tour groups.
