Fascinating Bay of Fundy

By , About.com Guide

New Brunswick is on the eastern coast of Canada, and the small province has one of the most interesting natural phenomena you will see anywhere. The Bay of Fundy has the world's largest tides, and you can actually watch the height change by the minute. These tides cause all sorts of fascinating things to see like the reversing river and the flower pot rocks at Cape Hopewell.

Cruise ships often stopover in Saint John, New Brunswick, and you can take a tour or rent a car to drive around the Bay of Fundy region. The area is also good for whale watching.
