After 8 cruises this was a first on NCL. We will never cruise on this line again. The food in the dining room was poor and tasteless. The days of shrimp cocktails and escargot are over unless you go into the specialty dinning rooms for additional charges.
Service was slow, not because of the staff but because there was not enough of them. Waiters did all the work and bussers almost non-existent.
Going ashore on tenders was a disaster. No organization whatsoever.
The magician was so boring and condescending that 50 people in the balcony left halfway through his act. However the NCL Productions were great.
People with disabilities were given no privileges, especially when disembarking on tours.
Cabins were fine and bathrooms were a pleasant surprise.
We will never book on NCL again.
