MSC Cruises launched the 92,400-ton, 2,550-passenger MSC Orchestra in May 2007. She is a sister ship to the MSC Musica, which entered service the year before, and the MSC Poesia, which was launched in April 2008. MSC Cruises has three other ships in the Musica class that will be entering service between 2010-2012.
The MSC Orchestra features all the large ship amenities you would expect from a mainstream cruise ship such as a casino, full-service spa, and numerous lounges and bars. It also has two main dining rooms--The villa Borghese and L'Ibiscus--and two specialty (extra fee) restaurants. The Shanghai Chinese Restaurant serves dim sum and a variety of other Chinese specialties. The Four Seasons Restaurant serves a la carte Italian cuisine.
Cabins on the MSC Orchestra are classified as suites, balcony cabins, oceanview outside cabins, and interior cabins.
