Eurodam's Rembrandt Dining Room is on two levels. Deck 2 has open seating for breakfast and lunch, and "as you wish" (open seating) for dinner. Dinner is served from 5:15 pm to 9:00 pm. Deck 3 is open for dinner and has two fixed seating times at 5:15 pm and 8:00 pm.
We enjoyed the variety of all our dinners in the Rembrandt dining room. Holland America features the same menus on all its ships sailing the same region, so a seven-day Eurodam Caribbean cruise has the same menus as a seven-day Caribbean cruise on all other Holland America ships. This ensures consistency and helps hold costs down.
