Our favorite restaurant was a new one--Tamarind, which serves exquisite Pan-Asian dishes in a spectacular restaurant high up on deck 11. Even with a fee, this one will book up quickly, and it's well worth the extra charge. Canaletto, a casual Italian eatery on the Lido Deck, is also new for the Eurodam. It has seven different menus from the various regions of Italy. Although reservations are required, there is no fee.
Holland America favorites such as the Pinnacle Grill and its exceptional beef and seafood have been included on the Eurodam. Rembrandt, the main dining room, covers two decks and features five-course menus with continental cuisine, vegetarian and low-carb options. The lower dining room is used for "as you wish" dining, and the upper level has two fixed seatings.
Casual options such as the Lido buffet and Terrace Grill are also popular and good for a quick meal.
