The Restaurant is the main dining venue on the Silversea Silver Cloud. The Silversea Silver Cloud Restaurant serves open seating breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. Breakfast is usually from 8:00 am - 9:30 am, lunch from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm, and dinner from 7:30 - 9:30 pm. The Restaurant has an elegant atmosphere, but I never felt like it was stuffy or impersonal. The Silver Cloud waitstaff and sommeliers are always willing to answer questions and help passengers with their dining or wine selections. Maybe it is the small ship atmosphere. With less than 300 passengers, the Silver Cloud staff quickly get to know the passengers, and the passengers get to know each other.
Each day's "Silversea Chronicles" includes The Restaurant lunch and dinner menus. It's always fun to read about the interesting dining choices for the next day! Each dinner includes a selection of appetizers, soups, salads, and main courses. Items on the menu that are low carb, low calorie, or vegetarian are clearly marked. The menu includes at least one item from the cuisine of luxury hotel and restaurant group Relais & Chataux. The Silver Cloud also links back to its Italian roots with a "heritage pasta dish" that is available as an entree or an appetizer.
