Costa Pacifica

The 3000-passenger Costa Pacifica interiors were designed by Joe Farcus, who also does all of the Carnival cruise ships. Many of the interior rooms and spaces reflect the musical theme of the ship, as is seen in the lounges and dining venues.

The Costa Pacifica has many features that will entertain passengers of varied interests and ages, including the Grand Prix racing simulator, video arcade, Playstation PS3 games, Samsara Spa, library, Stardust Theater, and fitness center.

One new feature is a professional music studio where passengers can record one of their favorite songs from a selection of hundreds of choices in several languages. Expert technicians use sophisticated audio equipment to mix the recording, and the new recording artists take home a CD of their record at the end of the cruise. Continuing on the musical theme, passengers can also take onboard drum, piano, and guitar lessons from a professional musician. I think both of these new activities will be very popular.
