The Celebrity Eclipse has 1,426 staterooms in 11 different classes, of which 85 percent have verandas. Thirty staterooms are wheelchair-accessible. The staterooms average 15 percent larger than those on other Celebrity ships. The cabins have modular closets and under-bed storage, and the showers feature a footrest, which is always appreciated by women like me when shaving their legs. I also liked having an automatic night light in the bathroom.

The Celebrity Eclipse has 130 double occupancy AquaClass staterooms. These are located on deck 11, and feature unlimited access to the AquaSpa relaxation room and Persian Garden. Guests in AquaClass cabins are guaranteed dining reservations in the Blu Restaurant, with no extra surcharge. The guests also have a spa concierge, along with an upgraded room service menu. In addition, the AquaClass staterooms have a marvelous multi-headed shower, Frette robe and slippers, and expanded bath toiletries.

Conclusion:
Even though I was only on the Celebrity Eclipse for two nights, I was happy to see that Celebrity had made only a few changes from the Celebrity Solstice, which is one of the most beautiful large cruise ships afloat. With the elegant look and spaciousness of the ship, excellent food, nice cabins, and good entertainment, the Celebrity Eclipse should deservedly become very popular with cruise lovers.
