The Celebrity Eclipse cruise ship has at least ten different dining options. Anyone who has sailed on the Celebrity Solstice will recognize several of the dining rooms. The main restaurant, Moonlight Sonata, is as beautiful and striking as the Grand Epernay. Blu, Tuscan Grille, the Oceanview Cafe, the AquaSpa Cafe, Mast Grill, Bistro on Five, and Cafe al Bacio are almost identical to their sister dining venues on the Celebrity Solstice.
However, there is one very interesting exception. In the space occupied by the excellent Silk Harvest Asian Restaurant on the Celebrity Solstice and Celebrity Equinox, the Celebrity Eclipse has a new restaurant named Qsine. Guests on the ship will love this new concept, despite its $30 per person surcharge. The fun starts with the iPad menus and continues through an "all-you-can-eat" sampling of small bites, many of which are familiar foods presented in fascinating, fun, and different ways. Diners tend to linger longer over the Qsine meal, so be sure to get a reservation as soon as possible. It's worth it!
