Carnival Celebration Cruise Review
Cruise to the Bahamas from Jacksonville on the Celebration

My wife, daughter, mother and I were ship wrecked aboard the Carnival Celebration. The captian never showed his face for 2 days. He sent the cruise director to the angry mob instead. We hit a sand bar as we attempted docking at Nassua in the Bahamas, and never docked at the port. The ship returned to Jacksonville on one engine just to turn around and go back to the Bahamas. They were terrible at guest relations.

The whole trip stunk and really gave us bad feelings toward Carnival. We cruised with Celebrity Cruise Lines last year to Bermuda and really had an awesome time, but Carnival was so bad and treated its passengers so bad I'm sure I'm not the only disgruntled cruiser. They offered us a $50 credit to spend on the ship. Passengers were riotious, so the next day they increased it to $100, but we never made it to our destination. We also purchased cruise insurance, but it doesn't cover missing the port, because it says in paragrgh 9 of the cruise contract (in my own words) that the captian can make any change he wants and the passengers just have to live with it. Thank you.
