Western Caribbean on the Carnival Triumph

We were completely disappointed with the whole experience. I was stuck in an elevator twice. Once it dropped, and we had to climb out, and all I recieved was a shrug and a smile. The room service was unacceptable. My 3 year old got an ear infection, and we had to leave the Captain's dinner before our food was delivered and was told we couldn't have it delivered to our room. We lived on cold sandwiches and buffets for a few days, not what I paid for. We wanted a table for breakfast just for my family. Instead, we were seated with 7 other people. Not what I paid for. And disembarkment was a nightmare! I would not recommend Carnival to anyone. When we went to the dining room, we never had our assigned table, always left walking and searching for an open table to seat only 4. Then had to share one night because 2 others were left without a table. For all the money spent it was not worth it. Not accommodating at all.
