Jost Van Dyke is a small island in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) of the eastern Caribbean. Jost Van Dyke has long been popular with sailors, and small cruise ships like the SeaDream Yacht Club SeaDream I visit the island for its beautiful beaches and beach bars. If you've never been to Foxy's Bar or the Soggy Dollar, two of the most famous (infamous) beach bars in the Caribbean, you've missed out on a lot of fun. Some Caribbean visitors travel to Jost Van Dyke from nearby Tortola or even St. Thomas.
The SeaDream I anchored overnight at Great Harbour on Jost Van Dyke so that passengers could easily go ashore and enjoy the nightlife at Foxy's. The SeaDream I sailed the next morning to White Bay for a beach barbecue and Champagne and Caviar Splash. Some passengers also wandered down to the Soggy Dollar Bar. These photos were taken at White Bay, and as you can see, the champagne flowed freely. The barbecue was delicious, and we all didn't mind "swimming" for our champagne!
