The Arabella sailing ship and other small ships include Norman Island on their BVI itineraries, and everyone enjoys swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling in the sea caves and at the nearby Indians, which are a group of four tall rock formations just off Norman Island.
The three Norman Island sea caves were a little spooky, but the pink coraline algae was spectacular, as were the bright yellow sea anemones. It takes a little while to get adjusted to the darkness in the caves, but it's an interesting experience and you are never out of sight of the cave entrance.
