Scenery and Wildlife in Hidden Coves and Waterways of Southeast Alaska

Southeast Alaska is well-known for both the magnificent scenery lining the waterways of the Inside Passage and its exciting wildlife. A small ship cruise like the M/V Mist Cove of The Boat Company is the best way to see many of the hidden coves and waterways of Southeast Alaska, as well as get up closer to wildlife like humpback whales, orcas, brown bears, sea lions, and eagles than you might on a larger ship.

The long summer days are cooler than in the "lower 48", and the region offers terrific outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and fishing. We enjoyed all of these on our 7-day Mist Cove Alaska cruise.
