Glacier Bay National Park (c) Linda GarrisonRanger's Map of Glacier Bay National Park in Alaska
A park ranger and a native interpretive guide join each cruise ship entering Glacier Bay. At the end of our long day cruising in the national park, the ranger shared this marked-up map with us showing the locations of our wildlife sightings and path the ship traveled.
What a marvelous day we had in Glacier Bay National Park! We saw Stellar sea lions, seals, whales, Alaskan brown bears, harbor porpoises, bald eagles, and mountain goats. I expected to see some wild life, but was impressed with the diversity.
