Radisson Seven Seas Paul Gauguin and Seven Seas Voyager in Bora Bora
Two Radisson Seven Seas Ships Rendevous in the South Seas

Radisson Seven Seas Voyager and Paul Gauguin cruise ships rendevous in Bora Bora

Radisson ships the Seven Seas Voyager and Paul Gauguin anchor "bow to bow" off the coast of Bora Bora in the Society Islands of the South Pacific near Tahiti.

"Would you please pass the Grey Poupon?" was the joke of the day when the all-balcony suite Seven Seas Voyager carefully circled the elegant Paul Gauguin in Bora Bora in January 2004, before anchoring nose to nose (pictured here). Later, the Paul Gauguin returned the favor, circling the Voyager before sailing to Moorea. The 700-guest Voyager called in the Society Islands as part of her 94-night Grand Asia Pacific Voyage. The 320-guest Paul Gauguin sails in French Polynesia year-round on weekly itineraries. It was the first time the two ships met. Both vessels are operated by Radisson Seven Seas Cruises, which was voted "World's Best Small-Ship Cruise Line" in 2003 by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler.
