Radisson Seven Seas Voyager Cruise Ship - Galley Tour

Ronald Brandl is the executive chef on the Seven Seas Voyager. He was born in Austria, and has a diverse background in the culinary arts, starting with an apprenticeship at St. Anton, Tyrol in 1985. Ronald then moved to Switzerland, where he spent three years working in some of the most exclusive hotels in St. Moritz, before leaving Europe to work in South Africa at the famed Grand Rouche. Ronald returned to Europe, settling in Hamburg, Germany, and working at the S.S. Plaza for a year. He expanded his knowledge of various cuisines at the Sellmer Restaurant and Trader Vics before heading to sea. After four years in the galley, Ronald now heads the culinary team on the Seven Seas Voyager.
