Signatures is located aft on deck 6, and is the only restaurant at sea operated under the auspices of chefs from the Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School of Paris in the Haute Cuisine style. The menu was a la carte, presented in the classic French tradition, and delicious! The menu usually changes every 3-4 days, but only once on our 10-day cruise.  The elegant restaurant is only open for dinner. Since the restaurant is small, reservations are preferred, with seating at 20-minute intervals from 7:00 to 9:30 pm.
