The Fitness Center and gym on the Seven Seas Mariner is forward on deck 7 and located next to the Judith Jackson Spa, sauna, and beauty salon. Different types of daily aerobics classes are held here.  There are also weights and workout machines to help you get rid of some of the extra calories.
