Nagasaki, Japan - Cruise Ship Port of Call
One of the many Western-style buildings in Glover Gardens in Nagasaki. Thomas Glover was a British merchant who married a Japanese woman in Nagasaki. The gardens and buildings have been preserved much like they were in the late 19th century. This is the former Mitsubishi No. 2 Dock House, which was completed in 1896. It was originally used as a rest and lodging facility for ship crews.
