At 375 feet long, the Viking Europe, Viking Pride, Viking Neptune and Viking Spirit are longer than a football field, but only 3 decks high. All of the European river cruise ships we saw had this same design. The ships have to be low enough to pass under the very low river bridges on the Rhine, Danube, and other European rivers.
