The dining room on the Viking Europe was pleasant and comfortable. The open seating, coupled with the small ship atmosphere, allowed us to meet many of our fellow cruisemates. The dining room had large windows on each side, with a buffet used at breakfast and lunch at the far end. One note--this ship is not handicapped friendly for those in wheelchairs. There are only 3 decks, but no elevator. The only entrance to the dining room is down a few steps.
