How about "squid on a stick"? That was only one of the interesting delicacies found at this and many other sidewalk grills in the People's Park in Shanghai. I guess this might be the Chinese equivalent of a fast food restaurant! We sailed from Shanghai in the evening towards the Yangtze River.
