After touring Beijing and the Great Wall of China for three days, the Viking River Cruises tour group flew from Beijing to Chongqing. We were all delighted to be greeted by traditional Chinese lion dancers and drummers as we stepped off the bus from the airport. Chongqing is a mountain city on the Yangtze, and the fog hid much of the city. However, we could see our beautiful new ship, the Viking Century Star, docked along side a smaller ship as we strolled down the red carpet to begin our Yangtze Adventure.
