Sailing Vessel Mandalay

My husband Ronnie took this picture of the Windjammer ship the Mandalay while on a Caribbean cruise from Grenada to Margarita Island, Venezuela.  This picture was shot near one of the many Venezuelan islands off the northern coast of South America.

If you wonder why/how the ship has the sails raised and Ronnie is obviously not on the ship, here's the answer. While the seas were calm, Captain Matt raised all of the sails and let the passengers get into the launch with our cameras for a fantastic photo opportunity.  We swung 360 degrees around the ship, snapping pictures from all angles and in different kinds of light.
