Many of the Amsterdam canals are lined with trees. Bicycles and motor bikes are everywhere. I thought the architecture was fascinating, and marveled at it all as we explored Amsterdam on foot. My husband wanted to see the infamous "Red Light District" in Amsterdam, and it is an easy walk from the Central Station or Dam Square. This canal is in the Red Light District, and the next photo shows what is to the right of the canal.
