Noumea and the Isle of Pines, New Caledonia on the P&O Pacific Sky

I travelled on P&O's Pacific Sky with my family in September 2001. It was the best holiday and so much fun. The food was wonderful and so much of it. The service was great. The waiters we had at dinner were fantastic and really gave personalised service. The days were relaxing, spent lazing on lounge chairs by the pool and exploring the rest of the ship. I enjoyed going to the night club, The Star Light lounge. It played great music and not only that, I met new friends. It was also fun, as they had great theme nights, such as dress as the opposite sex and wear your pajamas!

The islands we went to were great too, Isle of Pines and Noumea, in the South Pacific. Isle of Pines had a lovely beach and snorkelling. While Noumea was a nice town good for shopping. It was sad when it was time to leave the cruise as we all had such a wonderful, relaxing holiday. My family and I enjoyed our cruise so much, that we are returning to the Pacific Sky for a Christmas cruise in 2003. So I can't wait!
