Caribbean - Puerto Rico - San Juan

Sailing into San Juan harbor, your cruise ship will be met by the El Morro fortress. This massive citadel was built by the Spanish to prevent their European enemies from gaining access to the port of San Juan. El Morro was built in the 1500's and was attacked by the Sir Francis Drake and the British fleet in 1595, and the Dutch fleet 30 years later.
