The Avalon Panorama is a European River ship launched by Avalon Waterways in May 2011. 
The Avalon Panorama gets its name from its 64 signature panoramic suites, each of which measures 200 square feet and has a nearly 11 x 7 foot exterior glass wall. When the sliding doors are opened, the stateroom seem almost like a huge balcony.
In addition to its innovative Panorama Suites, the Avalon Panorama has lovely contemporary interior decor, delicious food, and excellent service, much like I experienced when sailing on her sister ship the Avalon Tranquility.
The Avalon Panorama sails 15-day cruises between Amsterdam and Budapest, 8-or 9-day cruises on the Danube between Budapest and Vienna, or 10- or 13-day cruise tours between Prague and Budapest. These itineraries feature stopovers in cities such as Vienna, small towns like Durnstein and Rudesheim, UNESCO World Heritage sites like the Wachau and Rhine river valleys, and many other memorable towns that can't be visited from an ocean-going ship.
