Are you getting married in 2013 or celebrating a milestone anniversary?
If so, you might want to consider either a cruise ship wedding or a destination wedding ashore. Most cruise lines offer wedding planning services for one of three types of weddings:

- Embarkation port wedding -- the guests come onboard for the wedding ceremony and then go ashore before the ship sails
- Onboard port wedding -- the wedding is held onboard in either a wedding chapel, lounge, or conference room
- Ashore destination wedding -- the wedding is held ashore in a romantic destination on a beach, glacier, elegant resort, or scenic site. I attended a beach wedding on St. Thomas last year from the Ruby Princess, and it was a special event for all.
