this I believe is unfair as currently the offer for current onboard guests is not as generous as the future cancelled guests who have not left their homes, lost their vacation time, suffered thru this week of ongoing bad news – etc. We deserve more than they are offering at this time! 100% refund and 100% future free cruise should be offered.
