Vienna, Austria - Imperial City on the Danube River

One of the best things about a Danube River cruise is the opportunity to visit Vienna.

Vienna is a beautiful city, filled with palaces and other remnants of the great Austrian empire. Danube river cruises stop in Vienna for a day and often spend the night so that passengers can go to a Viennese concert. It's a great city, and well worth a longer visit.
