Ho Chin Minh City, Vietnam, was formerly known as Saigon and is still commonly called by that name. Whatever the name, the city has some of the most interesting traffic and street scenes I have ever seen. The city has 6 million people and 4 million motorbikes, most of which seem to be on the roads at all times.
I visited Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) from the Crystal Symphony cruise ship on an "Exotic Asia" itinerary that took us from Hong Kong to Singapore. These photos capture some of the sights of Saigon.
