Two Days in Hong Kong

Several cruise lines visit Hong Kong each year. The history of Hong Kong, with its blend of English and Asian influences is fascinating, as is the remarkable contrast of the modern city with its old culture and heritage. And, since I love to shop, the stories of Hong Kong bargains have lured me to the city for decades.

I spent two days in Hong Kong before sailing on the Crystal Symphony from Hong Kong to Singapore on an amazing "Exotic Asia" itinerary. We tried to experience as many of the high points of Hong Kong as possible, while still allowing plenty of time to explore the streets and shopping areas and do some people watching.
