When on a cruise ship sailing the Mediterranean, would you get up at 3 am to watch a live broadcast of an NBA Championship game, or would you just stay up all night? 
Or, would you sleep through the whole thing like I did?
Basketball fans aboard the new Carnival Breeze watched the game and the post-game NBA Championship celebration live while the ship was cruising on the Adriatic Sea off Italy early Friday morning, June 22, 2012. They all had to get up very early due to the time difference between the USA and Europe.
These Miami Heat fans enjoyed watching the action on the ship's Seaside Theatre LED vdeo screen, via an ABC/ESPN broadcast. Celebrating the championship on the screen are Micky Arison, left, Carnival Corp. & plc chairman and CEO, as well as the Heat's majority partner; and Heat Coach Erik Spoelstra, right.
