The Ruby Princess is a gorgeous large cruise ship launched in 2008, and she will be the cruise line's newest ship until the Royal Princess is launched in June 2013.
Although the Ruby Princess is almost four years old, she has lovely venues, diverse dining options, and enough interesting onboard activities to entertain travelers of all ages. The ship currently cruises the Caribbean in the winter and the Mediterranean in the summer.
I sailed an eastern Caribbean cruise on the Ruby Princess to attend the cruise destination wedding of a friend's daughter. I've always wanted to see first-hand how one of these romantic weddings comes together, and this couple certainly enjoyed the wedding of their dreams.
