The Absolut Ice Bar at the Nordic Sea Hotel in Stockholm is kept at freezing temperatures year-round, and its walls, bar, and decor are all made of ice. The unique square drinking glasses are even solid river ice. In fact, all drinks are served "in the rocks". Your visit to the Absolut Ice Bar can last 45 minutes, but 20 minutes are enough to have a drink and make a few souvenir photos. It's great fun!
Although the ice bar in Stockholm is probably the most famous, ice bars can be found in other cities that are popular ports of call for cruise ships. The Ice Bar in St. Petersburg is found on a quiet street right behind the Kazan Cathedral. It features Russian vodka (of course), but has the same great photo opportunities as the ice bar in Stockholm.
