American Safari Cruises' Safari Quest - Sea of Cortez Cruise Off Baja Mexico

Saturday January 10, 2009
Last spring I sailed in the Sea of Cortez off Baja Mexico on the smallest cruise ship (really a yacht) I've ever been on - the American Safari Cruises' Safari Quest.

I'll have to admit I was a little leery of spending a week on a ship with a maximum of 22 passengers. What if we didn't get along? However, my fears were unwarranted.

The passengers attracted to this soft adventure cruise in a beautiful area like the Sea of Cortez were just like us. The passengers represented three different generations and various backgrounds, but shared a common love of the out of doors and sense of adventure. They also wanted comfortable surroundings and good food.

This ship profile of the 22-passenger yacht the Safari Quest of American Safari Cruises demonstrates how the crew of the Safari Quest was able to meet all of our expectations. The 10-page article also includes a cruise travel log from a Sea of Cortez cruise on the Safari Quest, such as activities, wildlife interactions, and things to do from the Safari Quest.
