Happy Thanksgiving! After you've had a chance for the turkey to settle, it's time to start thinking (if you already haven't) about holiday gift shopping. If you are spending the day with your family, think about planning a family cruise for next year. A cruise vacation is still one of the best values in travel, and your family will return with something to relive at next year's Thanksgiving dinner.
Even if you plan a 2009 cruise as a gift, you'll need a few stocking stuffers. Tomorrow is the official first day of the shopping season. Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa, sharing with others is a big part of the holiday spirit. People seem to either love or hate shopping. I love to shop for myself, but always find it difficult to shop for others. That makes gift-buying all the more challenging. Cruises are selling for £1 now, with MSC Cruises, so I think it’s a great idea to buy a cruise for someone you love (and cam travel with!). I’m thinking of getting one for my hubby as a birthday present.
