Towel Animals

Follow me on:

Carnival Cruise Line stewards decorate the cabins each evening with creative towel animals that delight cruise passengers (young and old alike) and always bring a smile. I have added four new photos to our towel animal picture gallery--a dog, lobster, swan, and a pair of swans from a Costa Rica hotel.

Do you have a picture of a favorite towel animal from Carnival Cruises or another travel venue? If so, you can submit it to me using this format, and I will add to this photo gallery.

I went on a Carnival cruise when I was just nine years old, and I remember I became really good friends with our steward. When it was time for us to leave, he found me before we left our cabin to give me a little bunny from a washcloth – to keep! That was ten years ago, and the bunny is no longer a bunny, but I still have the washcloth.

I enjoyed the towel animal photos!
I’ll have too look for my photos from Carnival Conquest & see if I have a good shot to submit.
I have to ask though, are you sure the towel critter labeled “a cat” isn’t supposed to be an iguana?

Iguana or cat? You might be right! I thought it was a very FUNNY-looking cat. Does anyone else have an opinion? Maybe the towel animals are like clouds–everyone sees something different! :-) If we get another vote for iguana, I’ll change the caption.

I also think its a Iguana. If its a cat it has some kind of spine problem!
