Swan Hellenic Discovery Cruises announces 26 exciting new itineraries for the Minerva II and her passengers in 2006. The full program of new cruises from March 2006 – to March 2007 includes the Caribbean, Central & South America, Mediterranean, Black Sea and Northern Europe.

Swan Hellenic has 26 exciting new itineraries planned for Minerva II and her travellers. The 2006 cruise brochure will preview the full program of new cruises from March 2006 – to March 2007 including the Caribbean, Central & South America, Mediterranean, Black Sea and Northern Europe. Highlights include:
- March 2006, Minerva II’s maiden call at Pt. Ordaz in Venezuela before sailing the Orinoco flow
- April 2006, Minerva II will close cruise the Gallipoli Beaches for the first time to coincide with the 90th Anniversary of the Gallipoli landings
- June 2006, Swan Hellenic will offer guests the opportunity to explore the Turkish port of Samsun on the Black Sea
- July 2006, Swan Hellenic’s first visit to off-the-beaten-track Alta (Northern tip of Norway) as well as three Icelandic ports
- August 2006, Swan Hellenic discovers the delights of Ancona, Italy
- September 2006, M619 includes Sarande (Albania) where guests can explore the famous ruins of Butrint
- November 2006, Minerva II will be sailing through the Anavilhanas Archipelago, 50 miles up stream from Manaus where the mighty Amazon is 20 miles wide. Passengers will also have the opportunity to visit an Amazonian village from the port of Boca Da Valeria.
- January 2007, an itinerary including Minerva II’s maiden call at West Point Island (population of only 2) and her second visit to the Falklands. [/ul]
